Returns & Exchanges

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All sale items are final. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted.

Please read carefully prior to making a return request. 

  • We only accept returns/exchange for jewelry that is unused, unworn and in brand new condition.  Returns/Exchanges with signs of wear & tear, including scuffs, smudges, scratches and distinct odors (cologne, perfume, etc.) will not be accepted. You must request a return/exchange within 15-days of receipt. 
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee for all refunds. There is no restocking fee for exchanges.
  • You are responsible for all return/exchange shipping cost. Legacy will not provide prepaid return/exchange labels.
  • Shipping & insurance fees are non-refundable.  
  • All Earring sales are FINAL.
  • Exchanges must be requested 5-days from receipt. Only size exchanges are accepted at this time.  
  • Refunds are issued to the payment method used.  
  • Once a return/exchange is approved, customers have thirty (30) days from the approval date to return item back to Legacy. No refunds will issued after 30-days of non-receipt. 
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 Order Cancellations

Cancellations are unavailable at Legacy Collection. Once an order is placed, it's moved to the processing stage for order fulfillment. Please following the returns/exchange policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item, notification must be made within 2-days of receipt. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
